The quotes from theologians, astronomers and prophets that accompany the images do not all point to a singular philosophy or faith, so do not be too hasty to write this tome off as a religious work or creationist propaganda. The photo prints are of superb quality and the quotations are well matched. My personal favorite quote is found on page 128, next to an image of a cluster of Massive Infant Stars: "I find it as difficult to understand a scientist who does not acknowledge the presence of a superior rationality behind the existence of the universe as it is to comprehend a theologian who would deny the advances of science. If you thought cloud watching was trippy, seeing what things look like, wait til you apply that to nebulas and start researching these things. It's the coolest. If you don't get what I mean, read Alice O Howell.

How fantastic to see all those galaxies--and the wonder, intelligence, and courage of real people to take them---and for us to know that they are REAL, and not imaginary! Thank you!!!

No matter what your religious beliefs, you will be stunned by the deep space photographs in this book. The quotes are thoughtful and very deep - it is a very positive book in so many ways. If any house guests pick it up, they will want to take it home with them - so buy a couple extra!

I've been managing projects and programmes for years. I've read alot of books on Agile and Scrum. This book would rate amongst the best in my collection for a few reasons:- It's logically laid out, it follows a very logical flow- The images and diagrams help demonstrate key points- It backs up all concepts with clear reasoning and logicIf you're a PM who has done a bit of Agile and Scrum before and you've become interested in SAFe, I would strongly recommend buying this book. Many of SAFe's concepts are universal in project management but it goes some ways towards filling in many blanks left by Scrum and Kanban whilst building on their core concepts beautfully.

This book is beyond exposure, it takes you to the higher level, an in-depth understanding of SAFe transformation. In addition to the soft copy, I decided to by this book and it worth the investment. My SAFe knowledge has increased tremendously and so also is my interview response. I will recommend it for anyone from novice to pro that is searching for added knowledge

I used Richard's SAFe Distilled 4.5 to help prepare for the SPC4 exam. It was invaluable to have when looking for a quick succinct explanation of any topic covered in the SAFe Reference Guide. Anyone wanting a quick understanding of how to use SAFe as an Agile scaling method will benefit from purchasing this book. About the Author

Bhakti Mathur, private banker by day, mother to Shiv and Veer (seven and five years old) and an avid delver in Indian mythology at all other times is the creator of the 'Amma Tell Me' books-a series of picture books about Indian festivals and mythology for children in the three to nine year age group. She wrote and self-published her first book, \"Amma Tell Me About Holi!\" in 2011 and over the next 3 years, the series has grown with books on the festival of Diwali, the Hindu epic Ramayana and stories about the Hindu gods, Krishna, Ganesha and Hanuman.\"The real motivation for writing the 'Amma Tell Me' series was to share with my sons the fascinating stories from Indian mythology that I had grown up with,\" says Bhakti. \"But, I found that there were no resources that were simple to understand and that captured the rich imagery of mythological India that is such an integral part of these stories for me. So I went ahead and started writing the stories in a style that I think kids find fun and non-preachy and collaborated on the illustrations to bring out the imagery that I want my stories to convey.\"Bhakti grew-up in Delhi. She studied at Modern School Vasant Vihar. She obtained her graduate degree in Economics and her post graduate degree in Finance from Delhi University. She is a CFA charter holder. She currently works for a major Swiss Bank and lives in Hong Kong with her husband, their two sons and their two dogs.Bhakti is a committed writer ambassador for Room to Read, a global non-profit which offers holistic literacy and girls' education programs.An avid reader, a long-distance runner and a yoga enthusiast, when not working or running after her boys, she is happiest curled up with a book in her hand and a hot cup of chai.

Love this series - beautiful art and child friendly words and narration ! My kids showed this off at school when we went to talk about Indian festivals.

This series has very negative language. The author could've chosen different and age appropriate words to communicate the story and the message.

I discovered Bhakti's series when I was looking for books to introduce Indian mythology to my kids. They were either too heavy weight or they assumed an existing base knowledge of mythology. Bhakti's book hit the right spot and Durga Puja doesn't disappoint. The illustrations are eye catching and the two fold story of Durga- the celebrating and how Durga came into being is enlightening. My children love the story of Durga and Mahisha esp. my son who was amazed that a 'lady God' could slay! A must read for all young girls and boys who are interested in mythology and / or stories of woman power!

It is a delight to read Bhakti's books. I personally have learnt so much about Indian mythology thru her books. Her books are the first that come to mind as gifts to kids. Children love them. The bright and beautiful illustrations light them up. The story is so engaging and conversational in tone. There is something new to learn and there is always a moral. As a NRI mom of 3, I am constantly in the search for kid friendly Hindu mythology books that can be fun but yet educational. The Amma series of books is all that and more. Fun, well written and beautifully illustrated. My children love reading these books. Cant wait for the next one.

Bhakti's colourful way of writing this book along with vibrant illustrations by Maulshree brought Durga Puja literally to our house! Recently, as soon as we got home after attending the Durga Puja celebration, my daughter rushed to grab the book to read the whole story of Ma Durga again.It beautifully narrates the story of good over evil and is a beautiful introduction to this important Indian festival to young children.

Another engaging and informative book in the Amma Tell Me series by Bhakti. Simply written, in poetry form, and colourfully illustrated, the book is easy to read, fun and educational at the same time. A good buy if you have young children.

Another fantastic book by Bhakti Mathur. My six year old son is a big fan of her books and love the simple language and beautiful illustrations! The amma series has really piqued his interest in Indian mythology and helped me share some of my childhood experiences with my son!

This book has nice large pictures for a toddler to have fun coloring while improving their fine motor skills. I am buying jumbo washable crayons to go with.

My 3 year old grandchild loves to color in this book

Granddaughter (age 2 1/2) liked the animal pictures. They are large & not intricate or complicated to color. Good for those learning to color inside the lines.

My 4 ye old loves it and i do too. Im very picky with the kind of paper they use for coloring books and this one is an absolute delight!
