As a Pastor I read, learn and review many versions of the Bible. I Keep this one next to my recliner in my office as one of my "Go To" reference Bibles. This is the closest to original meaning English translation version. This version is not corrupted by culture or modals of the day. Blessings to all this is. Amen

The only Bible you need to be honest. The font is nice and large, giving you a precise reading ability making it easier for you to understand scripture.

It is amazing to me that the most powerful Book ever written, and the only book ever necessary, the very Word of God, could be so affordable, efficient, accessible, and easy to read. This particular KJV Pew Bible is PERFECT. No distracting footnotes or cross references. It's just you and The Holy Spirit. Great for the "KJV Only" crowd and reminds me of the "Sword Drill Bible" only with the words of Christ in Red. Easy on the eyes too. I Love it. Buy it.

I've wanted an English bible, specifically a KJV one, for a long time now, but since English isn't the native language, or even an official language, where I live, I've never been able to get one here.Decided to order one from abroad, and settled on this one.Outstanding quality, especially considering its price. The binding feels durable and flexible, and allows the bible to lay flat as advertised. The hardcover is solidly built and feels quite nice to handle.Finally, while not a requirement for me, the large print is a very appropriate size and allows for very easy readability.The bible as a whole was a little more sizable than anticipated, but that is not a bad thing and is easily explained by the large print; furthermore, the size conveys a sense of durability.Fantastic all around, no complaints.

Excellent font size, not too big or too small. The quality is very good for the price. I hope to be ordering more soon. I thought the bible might be a bit too bulky because of the larger print but it was not. It is a little on the bigger side but not overly. Great bible to give away or have for visitors to use at the meetings.

The bible has been a source of comfort.

My feelings on this are just meh. Maybe it's because I thought an organizer would be super helpful, and I just don't find that I'm that sort of person? Or maybe it's because this organizer just isn't right for me. Either way, while it has a good spot for lots of lists and checklists and things to think about, parts of it were a bit outdated and definitely will not be helpful if you are having a smaller wedding, or something not by the book super large and super traditional. I found there were lots of "to dos" and suggestions that simply didn't apply to me, and it ended up being a bit cumbersome and didn't get used much. The size was also not helpful for me as it wasn't super compact, or super large. Therefore, it wasn't really purse sized, but wasn't big enough to put full pieces of paper or magazine pages of inspiration in either. Overall it totally fell short for me.

This is a straightforward and simple guide to wedding planning. It has a lot of helpful information about wedding traditions, timeline help, and what the pricing ranges should be for particular items. I didn't use all of the sections in this book, but what I did use I found very helpful. As someone who has not attended many weddings, and then found myself planning my own, this was a necessary guide. It takes off a lot of stress when you can go through all of the planning stepwise.The most useful features are:+A complete sample timeline. This was down to the minute, outlining when you should cut the cake, get makeup done, etc.+Checklist by time. It has a checklist set up for different time intervals, explaining what you should have done and when. It details how far ahead of time you need to get alterations, send out invitations, get bridesmaid gifts, etc. It even has all of the small details in it, like when you should start breaking in your shoes.Overall, this is an easy to follow and very thorough guide for wedding planning.

This book is great - if you need it. In the front it has a lot of good wedding pictures that give you ideas, which I really like. The three hole punch is a little cheap, but it's good for magazine pages or other things you want to include. Then there are dividers with information behind them on customs, timelines, etc., as well as space for you to fill in all of your plans. I realized after I bought this that I could have just as easy bought a binder at an office store and made my own tabs... if you are completely unfamiliar with wedding planning (don't even know someone who's done it), then this book is for you. However, if you have a sister or friend who's been married or you have the general idea of it down, it might be best just to make your own homeade! I ended up taking out a lot of their pages and tabs and just making my own.

I am so pleased with this planner, I couldn't have asked for more. It has worksheets for every conceivable aspect of a wedding. Not only will it keep you super organized, but it will be a treasured keepsake afterwards. My only suggestion to future buyers is to pick up a few clear plastic sleeves in the stationary dept of your local store. The binder gives you pockets to keep receipts in, but I don't think they're deep enough and I was afraid my receipts would fall out. Clear, acid-free sleeves work great (be sure to get acid-free so the receipts don't deteriorate over time). But over all, this book is a must have. It's truly all you'll need to plan your big day.

I purchased this planner a few days after I got engaged. Obviously, I couldn't wait to get it -- and much to my delight it arrived two days earlier than expected! I have never been married before and don't ever plan parties so I needed a really good reference to help me plan my wedding. This is the perfect wedding planner -- it has tabs that divide such sections as Bakery, Music, Reception, Attire, Ceremony, etc. There are folders for each section also, which I use to hold the pages I tear out of magazines. For everything else I use the 3-hole punch that comes with the planner to put everything in the planner itself. My only complaint would be that it doesn't seem to have any information about bridesmaids' dresses. The "Attire" section talks about The Tux, which the groomsmen wear as well as the groom. It would be nice if they would discuss dresses for bridesmaids and some things to consider for them, though. Overall, this is a great planner -- and I researched just about every one on the market! Even my fiance was impressed. When it came in the mail he said, "When you said you were getting a planner I thought you meant a binder. This is pretty cool!" I would definitely recommend this planner to anyone planning a wedding.Happy Planning!

I liked all the history and back story on all the traditions this had, and the pictures and diagrams. I didn't have a crazy wedding with all the details, but this definitely has everything you could possible have in your wedding addressed in here. It did give me a good guideline so I could incorporate everything I wanted to do in my wedding and keep it in order.

Out of every guide magazine or even website on wedding plannng I used this one the most. In fact I trashed everything else I had been using about 3 months before the wedding and just used this. A+++ all of the way.

I was given this wedding planner when I was a bride-to-be, and it made the process so much easier. The timeline was easy to follow, and I really benefited from the checklists and inspirational photos.
